I am an author, mom, and ever evolving student sharing what I’ve learned about spirituality, mindfulness, and self-development. Well, the first two sentences are tossed out the window. I can’t bring myself to delete them though. I do have “sound advice.” But I’m also a flawed unhinged individual at times and lately, that’s all I seem to capture on audio. I’ve recently confirmed that I’m neurodivergent and I’m not sure what to do or how to handle it. So for now, I’m just talking and seeking kind strangers.
