One day I found an old picture of me taken before I started practicing the law of attraction, way before I started to consciously cultivate gratitude. My 7-year-old son saw it and told me that I look much better today than 20 years ago. I felt flattered but it really got me thinking.  I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about my look, but really, what exactly is a physical look? It’s just an aspect of our energy expression! It’s just a print-out of our active vibration! Our look is always changing. We are constantly creating and recreating our physical body. In that sense, of course we can improve our look by consciously focusing on it!   The pure essence of this universe is extreme love and extreme beauty. If we and the universe are one, then looking good is our birthright! We are supposed to look good, each one of us! We are all born perfect and really cute, but over time, our own resistance pushes many of us further away from our natural state of looking good. By practicing gratitude, your look will naturally improve.  My (embarrassing) before and after pictures are proof!  In this episode, I wish to share some tips with you to help you improve your look and change your physical appearance using the law of attraction, by cultivating gratitude, loving-kindness and self-love. Most importantly, I hope you will improve how you feel about YOU. _______________________

After the initial excitement I asked myself: If it is so simple to change the world with our thoughts, why are so many people stuck? The answer I received is that the energy in the environment plays a big role in the quality of our thoughts. I was pretty shocked with my own experiment. I encourage you to watch it in its entirety.
