It has been about 17 days since the shootings in Dayton Ohio and El Paso Texas took place. In the immediate aftermath, we all heard the same rhetoric from Washington. "Things have to change! Something has to be done!" But as is customary, the next news cycle took place, and most everybody stopped talking about it.
