It's Friday and all around the Chord Buddy shop it's LITERALLY only Travis, Bradi and me. And a discussion begins about the word "literally". I'm not sure if it's about the pronunciation or the meaning of the word. Travis talk a bit about his new physical therapy routine. And, can you believe there's a good bit of talk about food too.

On the first Chord Buddy Podcast of 2023, Travis and Bradi get together to talk about Goodson's golf game, the old homestead's remodeling plans and how things are looking up with the company's new marketing.

Bradi has the week off and Goodson is filling in this week. Travis talks about selling a guitar and Chord Buddy to a young lady who called in and actually came by. Plus we chatted about Christmas with the family and plans or maybe no plans for New Years Eve.

Travis was off podcast duty today. So it was just Bradi and me talking about the new baby and family Christmas traditions in the Perry household.

Today's episode opens with the news that Brittney Griner is free, which is good except that a women's basketball star was traded for the "Minister of Death". Travis went to the doctor for a procedure that didn't work out and will have to be done again. And the Christmas feeling has come back to Chord Buddy.

This week there was talk of food. Food that was served rather slowly by a waiter that seemed a little slow too. Stateline 5, Travis' band, had a big weekend at Keel & Company. And Jerome Jackson sat in for Burning Love and one more Elvis tune. And the giant Black Friday sale continues with 20% off everything on the website.

Brady's back and we catch up on the family's newest addition. And you know Travis is gonna be talking about food. Like where to find crab legs and Thanksgiving dressing. We even managed to get in a few words about what's happening at Chord Buddy.

Of course we talk about food......It's the Chord Buddy Podcast. This week, Travis and Goodson try a new (to them) restaurant in Dothan. And with the National Peanut Festival in town (that's more food), Travis and the band are playing a couple of days. Travis breaks down what's happening with email and how it's getting some updating to help move the revenue needle.

This week we get an update on the new grandson and Bradi's condition. Both mom and baby are doing well. Goodson hurt his leg at the local trampoline park but is still able to swing the golf club. Eley is going to her middle school homecoming dance this Saturday. Travis also talked about the Shark Tank Reunion in Vegas and how he lost his wallet and phone within the first hour there.
