DeLana Hill is Mama Glow trained full spectrum doula and a dream nurturer. She has over a decade of experience supporting birthing mothers and caring for children. DeLana intentionally supports families of all configurations and backgrounds, with a special focus on those in the Black and indigenous communities. In all of her work, she calls on evidence-based holistic practices, mindfulness, intuition, empathy, humor and deep listening, to provide much needed support to birthing parents.

Reflection of 2021 Outro (episode 8) and my 2022.

Father and daughter felt out of body due to miscommunication before they said "I Do." Her father said "I Do" to giving her away for marriage. Destiny said "I Do" and then moved from Chicago to Atlanta. Were they ready? For the first time, they talk about assumptions and miscommunication that led to months and years of being out of mind and body.
