Just a quick message, letting listeners know that the podcast will be resuming after Christmas…

Uploading episode four today because I didn’t do one yesterday. It’s just letting you know the ins and outs of what’s happening over the last couple days.

Just give me a little bit of an update as to his day and honestly I’m really upset that this is not a good day to me.

I’m just letting people know how things have been, what my next steps are, and really trying to figure out how to center my thoughts and find more things to talk about.

Just me updating how things are going this Monday morning and there will be another episode later on today on how the rest of my day went. New goals new start.

The more that I do things to get myself back on track is the happier that I become. I have a good day today. And each and every day I will strive to move forward…
