J'na Jefferson is a music journalist and creative. At the age of 27, she has already interviewed the likes of Oprah, Sting, and John Legend- among others. She has been seen and heard on Access Hollywood, MTV News, and Yahoo's BUILD series, and her work can be read on sites such as Billboard, The Recording Academy/ Grammys, BBC Music, and many more. Kylie and J'na discuss how focusing on the work- in a "cool" job- must remain the top priority; the importance of sticking to your values and standing up for yourself in the workplace; J'na's experience waking up and learning that she was interviewing Oprah that afternoon; what life is like being the penman of the phrase "The devil works hard but Kris Jenner works harder"; and, looking forward, what she wants out of her career.
