Kara Stephens is a college counselor, currently working with the 12Plus organization in Philadelphia. Kylie and Kara discuss the joy that helping kids find their next steps brings Kara, as well as how she handles the more difficult conversations that come along with the possibility of college; Kara's acceptance in finding she is able to do more than what her original, childhood goal was; the wonders that traveling can do to personal growth; and finding the balance between wanting to be in control, and being a team player.
