The new direction for New Mutants is ramping up... causing your humble host to ask so many questions!  This has unexpectedly become one of the "meatiest" books in the line - prompting quite a bit of discussion and analysis.

If earlier New Mutants arcs caused you to drop the title - I'd say it's definitely safe to come back home!

Welcome back, friends - to the eXtreme corner of From Claremont to Claremont where Chris (@Charlton_Hero) and I take a look at X-Force!  This time out, it's a (literally) sideways two-part crossover with Todd McFarlane's adjectiveless Spider-Man title - in which, well - basically nothing happens, but the Toddster winds up quitting Marvel forever!  We'll talk all about that, and a whole lot more in this very episode!

Dead Man Walking!

Today we start the second-half of, what I suppose we might call the Cable "maxiseries"?  We're dipping right back in with the kidnapping plot that launched this volume, and was unfortunately slid to the back-burner for the Festival of Swords.

It's a fun issue - and a return to form for one of our favorite books in the line!

The Purifiers have attacked... and the only member of our cast that seems to want to do anything proactive about it gets scolded!  That's just ONE of the "Chris Problems" I had with this issue... more on that if you decide to hit PLAY -- and I sure hope you do!
