Chris Carr has devoted much of his time and energy to the Sault Ste. Marie sports world, whether with the Soo Greyhounds, the Sault Thunderbirds, the Sault Sabercats or one of the city’s high school football teams. His passion for helping others and his love of live sporting events intersect in ways that build stronger communities. It is the kind of story that seldom gets the glory but is essential to the development of youth involved in extracurricular activities. Chris helps build character in the athletes he comes across in his roles as equipment manager/gameday associate through his countless hours of volunteering over almost three decades.
