You don't get much more raw and uncut than this is, but I'm going for it and will be making improvements as we move forward. 

I'm serious about my recovery, and I grow stronger in what I'm doing when I help others. I hope that in this, you'll find something to help you today. As well, I hope you would pass this on, sharing it with others in recovery. Whatever stage they're in.
