Chris kicks off the program by discussing Penn State's apology to Riley Gaines for forcing her and her teammates to swim with Will "Lia" Thomas, a man posing as a woman. Woman lost their spots to a man, they were forced to change in the same locker room as a man, and they were pressured to accept the man as a woman with the looming threat of being labeled a bigot or transphobe.

Later, Chris points out some false claims made by Governor Josh Stein regarding the "Big Beautiful Bill."  Gov. Stein told North Carolinians that their energy bills will rise by 18% if the bill passes. This claim is rooted in the bill ending green energy subsidies; in reality, the energy companies will just move away from green energy and towards fossil fuels.
