This honestly just came about because I was watching a YouTube video on a tutorial. I had a thought pop in my head about why insecurity is so substantial. Don’t give me wrong I definitely have suffered from insecurity, but it intrigues me that especially in a new relationship insecurity seems to absolutely strangle us.

I’m not sure where I came up with the analogy at the end of this, but the message remains the same. Your value is completely predicated on what you believe.

What’s the alternative? Giving up and doing something you hate? What’s the point in that?

I give my two cents on success.

I decided to go on a run today. It started out miserable, until I broke it down and realized setting goals was the way I needed to accomplish this.

Just a quick update on some of things I have learned with stepping back from social media.
