Chris McHugh - Washington & Lee University Men's Basketball Head Coach - Episode 897

Chris McHugh is in his seventh season as the head coach of the Washington and Lee University men's basketball program. The Generals have posted a 99-49 overall record during his tenure. McHugh was previously an assistant coach at Emory University. During his four years with the Eagles, the program registered an 80-31 overall record and made four straight NCAA Tournament appearances, including a run to the Elite Eight in 2013-2014. Prior to coaching with the Eagles, McHugh was an assistant coach at Connecticut College during the 2012-13 season and an assistant at Mount Saint Mary College from 2009-2012. McHugh graduated from Washington and Lee in 2009 and was a four-year letterwinner at guard for the Generals men’s basketball program. He played in 101 games with 72 starts, leading the team in assists his junior and senior seasons.
