Welcome to the very first, and admittedly horrendous, edition of Reags Necessities! I have no idea what I'm doing but have wanted to do a Podcast on my favorite things for quite some time but never knew how to do it. Really, the best thing to do is just start. It'll form into something over time, which I hope is something great. Those three things are everything Fitness, Food & Drink, and Entertainment. Loads to delve into with each of those, which I plan on doing in each weekly episode. I'm nowhere near a profession at any of those so it will mostly just be my own opinion, with some professionals/guests at times, too. I will research the best I can where needed, so it won't just be totally bias opinions each episode. Bear with me as I grow into this!
