Pam tells me about the various therapies she offers and just what they are exactly. 

We also chat about female menopause as Pam created a special workshop course for ladies that maybe going through early stage menopause because of life threatening illnesses due to the various treatments as they can bring it on early. Plus I discover there is actually a male version of menopause!

Emma O’Sullivan who is living with an eating disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and is currently fundraising to seek private M.H care as she struggling to get help because of waiting lists are overcrowded and there is lack of training for O.C.D in the public M.H System. Emma is also fighting to raise awareness calling on government health ministers to take action in putting in trained professionals to help others that are suffering.
