Chris can’t believe the current state of late night television, focusing primarily on Stephen Colbert. Colbert, who has Jim Acosta on his show last night, has stuck primarily to politics and in doing so, alienated half of his potential viewing audience. Chris argues that he knows why Colbert sticks mostly to politics and credits him for it somewhat working, but longs for the days of Letterman and Carson when the hosts tried appealing to a more mainstream and “every-man” audience.
