Each day we look in the mirror and at least 90% of us will ask ourselves "Will people like what I'm wearing" or tell ourselves "I'm to ugly or to skinny" any case most of us have a difficult time accepting who God created us to be. We struggled with the idea we are perfect in our own right and deserves just as much good as everyone else. The battle between our own thoughts and what society says we should be or look like has been an ongoing war within itself. It's time to end that war and withdrawal from our inner battles we have wondering will we be accepted by others. It's time we lay down our weapons of shame and stop self inflicting the very spirit we should be worshipping. We are made perfect according to the will of God and not the opinions of society. When we can accept that it's my belief in that alone we can change how we feel and view ourselves.

Grief is an unavoidable circumstance that we must be willing to get through so it won't go through us. I've experienced grief on all kinds of levels but I will never say they felt all the same. You never know what loosing anyone or anything can do to you emotionally or mentally until we get there. We can learn now or we can learn later but at some point we will meet up with "Grief". This is an intro of what to expect these next five episodes and how we should approach them. It's never easy but we can decrease some of the pain, guilt, or sadness with just a little extra information. DENIlAL, ANGER, BARGAINING, DEPRESSION, AND ACCEPTANCE are all 5 stages that we can experience when grieving but not always in that order. It doesn't matter how good we are or how great we are people will always have something to talk about. If you loose weight then your on drugs or if you gain weight then you must be depressed or matter fact, did you hear who lost their job today. No matter what you do they will always talk but we can change the narrative of their conversations by doing things differently. Let's stop making repeated choices that have a negative affect leaving people with only negative things to say about us, because it's my belief when we do that we change those conversations.

Very easily I can fall victim to my own thoughts leaving any room for change. Because I don't give up easily when I do decide to give up it's not pretty. It's those times I need a village, understand my functionality instead of worrying about someone else's, and to know my place/ role in God, the church, or self.

Seeing is only part of the battle, the beginning of the battle, or at the end. It takes our clear, cut, and mental sight in order to see pass what is not seen. I believe in order to do that we must be ready to eat a peace of humble pie topped with a fearless drive to achieve. It's also my belief that achievements, success, and goals has a no tolerance policy indicative to a lack of faith, making it almost impossible to serve or grow. Let's humble ourselves towards a better approach of how we handle and go after things. That's what I'm doing here, I'm sharing how humility affects my life the good and the bad.

Constructive criticism is words of motivation that are meant to build you up and not break you down.

A lot of us think we know what is love and what love stands for but the truth is we all have a lot more to learn about the word "Love". One thing i can say is true love has no price.

Why is accepting the things that make us well so hard, it's like taking medicine that tastes nasty so we refuse to take it? Not everything we hear will sound pleasing but does it mean it's out to harm us? No, if we as the people want to become better we must be willing to accept the truth about ourselves and not all of it will be good at times. If we want to become excellent in who we are we must be willing to accept criticism that's good for us. In this episode, I explain why it's important to me to hear and accept the things I don't want to always hear about myself, and how we shouldn't take constructive criticism as bad criticism.

We hold ourselves hostage and in a box unable to live because unforgiveness is the glue that keeps us stuck. To experience the freedom needed to grow we must be willing to forgive and let go. Living in our flesh not allowing God's fruit to live in us we are being controlled by our anger, frustrations, and resentments making it impossible to love, be kind, and have joy. This is a message delivered by the fruits of the spirit in mind and if we can't allow ourselves to forgive how can God allow us to be free.
