In watching Peter learn that the gospel is intended for all peoples, we see how the Holy Spirit shifts our priorities to align with God's heart.

Ministry in the early church regularly included miraculous signs and healings. If we want to experience similar movement from the Holy Spirit in our communities today, we have to trust, expect, and fully rely on the power of God.

In reaction to his experience with Jesus and subsequent conversion, Saul immediately begins body preaching the gospel wherever he goes. This causes the persecution he previously participated in to turn on himself.

The good news of the gospel is about what God has done for us, not what we have done for him. It is that God intervenes and grants us belief in his Son.
