We are all surrounded by people who do not know the Lord, but need Him. Some are searching while others are ignoring their need for a Savior. Some are skeptical, and have questions about Jesus that they need answers to. All of these people need help! If you are a Christian, you probably can think of one person or several people that helped you in your search for truth — people that pointed the way to Jesus. God has called each of us to do the same for others; to help others with the truth of Jesus’ love.
Let’s be aware that…
1. Some are CURIOUS about the truth of Jesus. (Luke 19:1-6)
Many realize there is something missing in their life, they just don’t know what it is. These people are searching.
2. Some need to EXAMINE the truth of Jesus. (Acts 17:1-13)
Many are open to Christianity and want to check it out.
3. Some need to be CONVINCED of the truth of Jesus. (Acts 17:1-4)
Many are skeptical, and will not believe until they are shown proof for the things of Christ, to Christianity and want to check it out.
4. Some need to RESPOND to the truth of Jesus. (Acts 17:4-6,12; Acts 16:11-15; Acts 16:25; Acts 26:24-29)
Eventually, everyone must make a decision: to accept Jesus as Savior or reject/ignore Him.
