HOW TO HANDLE TEMPTATION:

Accept that you have worth and value in the eyes and heart of God.

Draw near: set your hearts affection on God and set your minds attention on God.

Cry out to Jesus.

Receive grace and mercy for power and authority to resist temptation.

Read Scripture.

Look for the “way of escape”. See 1 Corinthians 10:12-13, “12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed that he does not fall. 13 No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.”

Get close to faithful and loving Christians right away.
