Christ Community Sermons

The cross upends the idea that God only loves those who deserve it, because Jesus died for his enemies.

Pastor Clayton teaches that the cross turns marriage on its head by basing the husband-wife relationship on Jesus' self-giving love for the church.

Pastor Jim teaches on how the cross redefines who we are--not based on what we do but what Christ did.

Pastor Eric teaches how the cross unites people the world says should be enemies.

The cross proves that God is for you--even when suffering suggests he’s not. On the cross, God gave you his very best: Jesus.

Pastor Jim Nicodem teaches on how the cross transforms power into something to be used to serve others, not yourself.

The cross looks foolish to the world, but to those God calls, it is divine wisdom. The cross is either complete nonsense or the key to everything.

For International Impact Weekend, we've prepared a special mini-documentary about Christ Community's ministry partner in Brazil. Take a deep dive into the ministry we are doing there through an amazing story that God has been writing of sharing the Good News with unreached people groups in the Amazon.

Pastor Eric concludes the Kingdom of the Underdogs series by studying 2 Samuel 7. When David wants to do something great for God, God tells David that he intends to do something great for him--a promise that leads to Jesus.

The Kingdom of the Underdogs teaching series continues into the book of 2 Samuel. Pastor Clayton teaches that King Jesus' table is gracious and inclusive by studying the story of King David welcoming Mephibosheth.
