We continue our series in Acts looking at 2:14-41 as the Apostle Peter preaches a sermon to explain the events of Pentecost and its relation to Jesus. This is a great summary of the message of the mission we carry with us today.

We continue our new series "Joining the Mission of Jesus in His Church: Studies in the Book of Acts" as we look at Acts 2:1-13 and the day of Pentecost.

We begin a new series "Joining the Mission of Jesus in His Church: Studies in the Book of Acts" as we look at Acts 1. There are several lessons of preparation for us as we consider being on Jesus' mission today.

Luke 10:25-37 serves as our text for our look at our third core value, "Mission That Is Restorative." The Parable of the Good Samaritan illustrates not only our call to mercy, but a reminder that we have received it from God.

Matthew 18:21–35 will serve as our text as we discuss our second core value of "Community that is Redemptive". Certainly, forgiveness is not only a unique feature in a Christian community but a necessary one.

This sermon begins a new short series covering our three core values entitled "The Gospels and Our Core Values". John 4:1–45 is the account of Jesus meeting the Samaritan woman, which gives us a wonderful picture of the kind of grace we have also received.
