The Promise

John 14:16-17

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper,[a]to be with you forever, 17 even the  Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees  him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be[b] in you.

John 16:13

But  when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the  truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He  hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

Prosperity is blessings?

Spirit, Financial, Physical, Material, Relational and so on

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans(A) I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper(B) you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.(C)

-A prosperous man is blessed by God

-A blessed man is a man who is programmed by God to prosper. They may not look blessed, but they are programmed to prosper

17 But  the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving,  gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy  and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always  sincere. 18 And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness.[a]

Jesus Christ has become our Wisdom

Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 29 so that no one may boast before him. 30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. 31 Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”[a] 1 Corinthians 1:26-31

Now, Israel, hear the decrees and laws I am about to teach you. Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession of the land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, is giving you. 2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.

3 You saw with your own eyes what the Lord did at Baal Peor. The Lord your God destroyed from among you everyone who followed the Baal of Peor, 4 but all of you who held fast to the Lord your God are still alive today.

5 See, I have taught you decrees and laws as the Lord my God commanded me, so that you may follow them in the land you are entering to take possession of it. 6 Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom  and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees  and say, “Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.” Deuteronomy 4:1-6

Jesus Christ has become our Wisdom

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.John 1:1-4

It  is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus,(G) who has become for  us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness,(H) holiness(I)and  redemption.(J) 31 Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts  boast in the Lord. 1corinthians 1:26-31

while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15 and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.2 Timothy 3:13-15

3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

So Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite spoke out and said,

“I am young in years and you are old;

Therefore I was shy and afraid to tell you what I think.

“I thought age should speak,

And increased years should teach wisdom.

“But it is a spirit in man,

And the breath of the Almighty gives them understanding

Romans 5:20
