Jesus is faithful. There are distractions, deceivers, and dangers, and yet, Jesus is faithful. He draw are attention back to reality, he alerts us to deception, and he gives us assurance in the midst of danger.

The big idea of this passage is that Jesus confronts us with reality, and the reality that he confronts us with here is the Resurrection.
