In this episode, Thulee, Lethu, Njabulo and Ntsika discuss what it means to navigate friendship(s) in adulthood and what that can look like if we look at Jesus as an example of the perfect friend. They say A LOT and delve into toxicity in friendships, setting boundaries and so much more.
The verse from the Bible discussed in this episode is Proverbs 27:17 that proclaims: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. We learn from this simple statement that no one is alone. That in order to make yourself better, there is a mutual benefit of making others better through friendship, mentorship, and leading. While in this context, we focus on friendship, this verse means so much more.
Hope it blesses you.
In today's episode, Thulee and Lethu discuss ego and pride and how they affect the way we navigate life. The truth is if we let ego and pride reign in our lives, we damage relationships and end up thinking people don't like us - but fail to recognise our role in those situations.
We share our thoughts on why ego and pride have no place in our journey as Christians, and how we can combat them with teachings from the Bible. Our prayer is that this episode challenges you and is ultimately a blessing.

In today's episode, Thulee and Lethu discuss the warped social media phenomenon known as "cancel culture". They share their thoughts on why it has no part in the body of Christ, why it has become increasingly disruptive and how we should introduce a new phenomenon that is reflective of Jesus' teachings.
Our prayer is that this episode challenges you and is ultimately a blessing.

We have all been through a difficult waiting period where we hope God will answer our prayers, often as exactly as we asked. Obviously, that's not always how it happens. In this episode Thulee and Lethu talk about what it feels like to be in that waiting period and how you should use that time to prepare and position yourself for the promise God has for your life. It's not easy, we know! But it definitely is possible. Trusting God's timing is a necessity as we journey through life.
We hope it blesses you!

In this episode, Thulee and Lethu discuss toxic relationships and how you deal with them. We know people are difficult, but toxicity takes on a whole different meaning. This conversation unpacks what you should do in toxic situations, whether it's with your family, people at work or at church (because church people can be toxic too), and when it's time to walk away from these relationships.
We hope it blesses you and you are better equipped to navigate these types of relationships.

In this episode, Thulee and Lethu discuss what forgiveness is and what it is not. Why it's so misunderstood in society and what it means to truly forgive a person who has wronged you. This conversation delves into the process that forgiveness is and why it doesn't mean what others have defined it to be. We look at the Bible for guidance and share our hearts on this emotional and spiritual practice. Hope it blesses you!
