Episode 25 - This should have been a show with a guest co-host but instead somehow I lost all the recorded content with that guest. I piece together what was left and what I could re-do and you have this weeks show. Hope you like it!

On Episode 24 I am joined by a fellow Podcast host to talk about "Women Cheating". Gil B. from the 2nd Shift Podcast, was mentally tough enough to talk about his experience of being cheated on by his ex-girlfriend. I think men should talk more about their feelings. Sensitivity is the new Strength!

On Episode 23 - I realized that I feel somewhat negative about success and anything that could be looked at as bragging. While exploring my feelings & thoughts to figure out why. I have to face an uncomfortable truth about myself and how I tend to view certain things. Will I ever be able to celebrate myself? Absolutely!!! But first I have to change for the better.

On Episode 22, I am trying new things like show segments, just to make everything flow better. I talk about a lot of different things like the randomness of sirens late Friday evening going into Saturday morning in Dallas,TX. I talk about men missing the moment to share their feelings. I give tips on how the woman can make the most of her significant other's missed opportunity. Just listen have fun and RELAX.
