Due to the Resurrection, we should expectantly come in faith to Jesus; knowing that thanks to the cross we can receive forgiveness from God for our failings, whilst having the certain hope of eternal life through the assurance which the Holy Spirit gives to all who believe.

Thanks to the cross, Christians can live a life that pleases God; daily dying to their old way of life, so that through the power of the Holy Spirit they can take courage to live for Jesus in every situation.
