An 82 year old woman evangelist with cancer was told she didn’t have long to live. She was told to meditate PR. 4:20-23 and start seeing herself living and not dying. Doing so she got healed and lived to be 91, won more souls to Christ and died without cancer.

Christianity is called the great confession. Jesus is the high priest of our confession saying the same thing. Our confession must align with who we are in Christ (AMOS 3:3) or we are vulnerable to be controlled by the devil, culture and the flesh.

The statute of David is not called a flawed piece of marble that was sculpted. It is called a masterpiece. We all were flawed human beings. We’ve been sculpted into God’s masterpiece. To call ourselves anything less is to insult the greatest sculptor of all time. To live effective lives, we must agree with God. We were flawed, now we are His masterpiece.

This principle isn’t magical. It’s biblically based on knowledge that goes beyond the sense realm into the spiritual realm. JAMES 3:6 AMPC (Gr. Sets in motion the cycle of natural events). Satan wants us to speak against God’s Word and set in motion the cycle of events that lead to destruction. Speaking God’s Word quenches his destructive plan.

Growing out of carnality into spiritual maturity is a process that requires discipline, effort and sacrifice. I COR. 9:24-27 NLT. It involves receiving the milk of the Word, being weaned from our emotions, and feeding on the meat of the Word, and allowing the Spirit to transform our lives from Glory to Glory!

Jesus lived a life that only focused on pleasing God. His motives were pure and His actions brought glory to God, not self. If we desire to see God, our motives and attitudes must be pure and our actions must glorify God.

David at his lowest place emotionally encouraged himself in the Lord. He didn’t deny or ignore his emotions; he surrendered them to God. We shouldn’t allow our negative emotions to prevent us from experiencing the promises of God. If we give them over to God, He’ll help us recover whatever we’ve lost.

God did more for us than reverse the revolution of the world. He striped Jesus with our sicknesses and diseases (HIS PART), so we can have faith (OUR PART) for healing.

Our warfare involves blowing up spiritual strongholds by identifying the root cause of our feelings, discovering who we are in Christ, declaring war on negative emotions, meditating on what the word says, seeing ourselves possessing God’s promises, speaking what the Word says, resisting wrong thinking and praising God for Victory.

The benefits of being anointed by God can’t be overstated. The difference can be seen in the life of Samson with and without the anointing. “Anoint us with Fresh Oil Lord”.
