Noah models for us what it looks like to live a righteous life in an evil world. Through Christ, we live out this inheritance of righteousness in every part of our lives and every part of the world.

Our Guest Speaker, Bryan Webb challenged us to work by the power of the Holy Spirit to tell the story of Jesus to everyone, everywhere.

Every individual believer is called to Witness but every local body of believers (the church) has a mandate to be involved in witnessing together. A local churches community should be impacted positively by that local church. This weekend’s sermon by Chris Godfrey enforces those truths by encouraging our local church to continue to be salt and light to Tulsa and to accomplish that by being a Spirit filled Church.

Jesus loves sketchy people. He seeks them out, changes their lives, and then uses their sketchy stories for his glory.

Self Righteous people are the worst! But Jesus still has plans to confront them, change their lives, and show them what true righteousness looks like.

Jesus loves passionate people. God created us to love deeply, hold strong beliefs, and be guided by our passions. When sin corrupts our passions, Jesus doesn’t respond by removing our ability to be passionate. Rather, he redeems and redirects our passions for his purposes.

Jesus knows who we are, where we are, and what we are doing. No matter how shady or scandalous we might be, he calls us to come follow him.
