Christian Coffee Talk

Coffee Talk Topic: Body and Soul

The Body and Soul retreat for women was born from the passion within Fitness Icon, Monica Brant. This retreat is all about encouraging and challenging women to be their best in sense of fitness and faith.

Host Brandee Nielsen says “Christian Coffee Talk for Women is a place for sisters to share and sharpen each other in our daily walks with Christ. We talk truth, and we dig deep to keep it real. That’s exactly what you’ll hear in today’s interview with , Monica Brant.”

Featured Guest: Monica Brant

Since her first appearance as a cover girl for Muscle & Fitness Magazine in November 1994, Monica has gained momentum and remains at the top of the female fitness world, evident by her unprecedented national and international magazine exposure – over 100 covers and almost as many articles/interviews to this date with fans worldwide.

That’s the stuff most people know. But what’s most important to Monica, is that she’s in love with her Savior Jesus Christ! Her aim is to shine His light everywhere He leads her.

Monica joins Christian Coffee Talk to share about her Body and Soul Retreat for Women, while also blessing us with a strong word about sharing our faith! She holds nothing back and takes a strong stance in sharing the truth among the unchurched with love. Deep love, like Christ’s.
