Parents Nigel and Sally Rowe, who were backed by Christian Concern, recently won a huge case victory, culminating with a commitment from the government to reform transgender policies in schools and £22,000 in legal costs.
This is huge news, and means that children will be much better protected from harmful teaching that has been infiltrating the classroom.
Meanwhile, the Charity Commission has also opened an investigation into transgender campaign group Mermaids. The group was found recently to be offering free 'chest binders' to girls as young as 13 without parental consent, but is also well-known for promoting harmful material, much like the 'Gender Unicorn' (https://transstudent.org/gender/).
So what do parents, teachers and schools need to be aware of now? And what needs to change?
On today's Round the Table, Tim Dieppe is joined by Nigel and Sally Rowe, as well as our Policy Researcher Dr Carys Moseley, as they talk about how to win the battle for our children.
