Why buy the cow when the milk is free?  Men give love for sex, and women give sex for love.  When young women give themselves away without a commitment, they risk losing their sacred virginity to a boy who just wanted to get his jollies.  When children resulting from these illicit unions occur, they are raised without fathers who will be left to the whims of their fallen nature.  The girls looking for a man gives herself away to attract a man who, as a result doesn't respect her and leaves her.  She is left dejected and, typically seeks a new man using more sex to try to keep him only to find rejection again and again.  Under Biblical sexuality, sex is sacred and protected by a father.  He must give his daughter away in marriage to an approved suiter.  In this way she is protected.  Churches today will not speak on Biblical sexuality simply because it has molded itself to the fallen culture that says, "you must test drive the car before you drive it."  This philosophy NEVER works.  We aren't talking about cars but humans with deep emotions and the emotions of a sexual tie is sacred.  

All of this causes broken homes without fathers.  A culture without fathers is a culture doomed.  Illicit sex outside the bonds of marriage is the root cause of all of a society's crimes, illegitimacy, and a loss of hope.  Until Christian churches return to teaching Godly sexuality, we will continue to see a cultural decline into total lawlessness as we are currently witnessing in our inner cities.

When Jesus said, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and render unto God that which is God's" he meant death unto Caesar which is what Leviticus 24:16 requires of anyone who claims to be God.  And in a couple of instances, we see the Jews picking up stones to stone Jesus when He said, "I and my Father are one" and when He said, "Before Abraham was, I am."  The Pharisees knew He was claiming to be God and thus they were going to "mockingly" stone him for blasphemy.  The Denarius had a picture of Caesar Tiberius and the inscription said, "Worshipful son of the Divine Augustus. "  The render episode was a trap to get rid of Jesus because they knew before they asked Jesus the question that it not only was it not lawful to pay a "tribute" tax to someone who claimed to be a god, but that God's law word requires death to those who blaspheme.  This podcast also tells why churches get this wrong.
