  • Day 2, Morning Affirmation - CI Fitness, Beginning with Grace

Session overview: Begin the day with a small, faithful act of care rather than a demand to change everything. This short morning session includes nine affirmations, room to repeat them, a simple palm-touch reminder, practical reflection, and prayer. This week's three theme-specific affirmations focus on a manageable beginning, the value of a small step, and permission to begin before you feel completely ready. Your worth is not something you have to earn through exercise.

How to use this episode: Listen each morning on Days 1–7. Use the Foundation on Night 1 and Week 1 Nightly Reinforcement on Nights 2–7. This is a reusable episode within the 30-day journey; you do not need a separate recording for each day.

Reflection to carry with you: Which manageable choice would help you begin with grace today? Scripture connections - 1 Corinthians 6:19–20]

Paul calls believers to honor God with their bodies. These notes summarize biblical themes in contemporary language; they are not presented as verbatim Bible quotations. The linked passages are provided for reading in context.

About the artwork and narration, Joanna is the series' visual representative, inspired by the woman named in Luke 8:1–3 and Luke 24:1–10

  • Day 2, Before Bed - CI Fitness, Beginning with Grace

Session overview: You do not have to be stronger, more disciplined, or completely ready before you begin caring for yourself. This first weekly bedtime session welcomes small beginnings and returns to the familiar prayer, relaxation, palm reminder, and body-as-temple reflection. It's added encouragement invites one manageable act of care tomorrow, whether that means suitable movement, gratitude, or needed rest. There is no performance to prove tonight.

How to use this episode: Replay this complete session before bed on Nights 2–7. Pair it with Morning Week 1: Beginning with Grace on Days 1–7. This is a reusable episode in the 30-day journey; you do not need a separate recording for each day.

Reflection to carry with you: What is one small act of care that fits the body and circumstances you have today?

  • Start Here - CI Fitness, Honoring the Temple

    Honoring the Temple

Session overview: Welcome to CI Fitness & Movement, a repeatable 30-day journey centered on caring for your body with gratitude rather than punishment. This introduction explains the purpose of the morning affirmations, evening sessions, Foundation, and Capstone. It invites you to begin with one manageable choice, leave room for needed rest, and approach the month as a starting structure rather than a deadline for change.

How to use this episode: Listen once before the first Foundation session, then follow the morning and evening assignments in your playbook. The same 30-day schedule may be repeated if you find it helpful. This is a reusable episode within the 30-day journey; you do not need a separate recording for each day.

Reflection to carry with you: What is one reason you want to care for your body that has nothing to do with proving your worth?

    Scripture connections - [1 Corinthians 6:19–20]

Paul calls believers to honor God with their bodies. These notes summarize biblical themes in contemporary language; they are not presented as verbatim quotations from the Bible. The linked passages are provided for reading in context.

Research context Research on repeated everyday behaviors found substantial variation in the time taken for automaticity to develop, rather than a universal habit deadline ([Lally et al., 2010, European Journal of Social Psychology, 40, 998–1009]. That study examined repeated behavior, not this audio program, and does not establish that listening produces a fitness habit or clinical benefit ([study methods and limitations]

About the artwork and narration, Joanna is the series' visual representative, inspired by the woman named in [Luke 8:1–3 and Luke 24:1–10]. The artwork shows her walking alone for visual focus; Luke's tomb account describes a group of women, so this composition is not a literal reconstruction ([Luke 24:1–10]

  • Day 1, Before Bed - CI Fitness Foundation: Energized & Empowered

Session overview: Begin the evening journey by setting aside the idea that your body is a problem to fix. This extended Foundation session combines prayer, guided relaxation, imagery, and reflection on caring for your body as an expression of faith. It introduces the thumb-to-palm reminder used throughout the series and invites you to imagine one appropriate act of care in everyday life. Use the palm-touch gesture as a reminder, not a test of whether you can produce a particular feeling.

How to use this episode: Listen before bed on Night 1. On Nights 2–7, use the Week 1 nightly session; on mornings 1–7, use the Week 1 morning affirmation. This is a reusable episode in the 30-day journey; you do not need a separate recording for each day.

Safe listening: Before-bed listening only. This session uses guided relaxation, imagery, and suggestion, and may make you drowsy. Listen only in a safe place where you can rest; never listen while driving, operating machinery, exercising, or doing anything that requires alertness.

Reflection to carry with you: What would it look like to approach movement or needed rest with gratitude instead of pressure?

  • Session 31 - You Did It! Now Walk In It

You’ve come to the final session of this journey—not to finish something and go back to “normal,” but to step into a new way of living that has been forming in you night after night. Over these past sessions, the Holy Spirit has been renewing your mind, healing old patterns, and planting new beliefs rooted in God’s Word. Tonight is a commissioning. In this 25-minute session, you pause to recognize what God has already done in you, and you agree with Him that this isn’t temporary—this is who you are becoming. You’ll be gently guided to release any lingering doubt that says, “Nothing has really changed,” and instead receive the truth that transformation is already in motion, even if you can’t see it all yet.

As you rest, you’ll be invited to picture yourself walking forward in your everyday life—your home, your work, your relationships—with the identity, peace, wisdom, and courage that have been growing in you throughout this program. The focus is no longer on “trying to keep it up,” but on walking with the One who promised to complete the good work He began in you. This is your reminder that you are not going back to the old story. You’ve partnered with God in renewing your mind, and now you get to live from that renewed place—one step, one decision, one day at a time. Tonight you don’t just celebrate what He’s done; you accept His invitation: You did it, now walk in it.

Scripture References Used: Philippians 1:6 (He who began a good work will carry it on to completion), Romans 12:2 (Be transformed by the renewing of your mind), Ephesians 4:22-24 (Put off the old self, put on the new self), 2 Corinthians 5:17 (If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation), Colossians 2:6-7 (As you received Christ, so walk in Him), Galatians 5:25 (Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit)

  • Day 29, Before Bed - Morning Energy & Motivation

    Morning Energy & Motivation

What if tomorrow morning felt different—not dread, but anticipation? Not “I have to get up,” but “I get to”? The Bible says His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and in this 25-minute session that truth is planted deep in your spirit while you sleep. As you rest, the Holy Spirit gently shifts your posture toward tomorrow, building a sense of purpose, energy, and readiness that’s already there when you wake up. Isaiah promises that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. Tonight, you wait on Him. Tomorrow, you’ll feel the difference.

Scripture References Used: Lamentations 3:22-23 (His mercies are new every morning), Isaiah 40:31 (Those who wait on the Lord renew their strength), Psalm 118:24 (This is the day the Lord has made), Psalm 5:3 (In the morning I lay my requests before You), Romans 13:11-12 (Wake up from your slumber)
