Throughout the Bible, we see God's heart break for injustice, and His movement is always towards the lowly, the widow, the poor, and the orphan. In serving our city and loving our neighbours, we will always find more of Jesus, and He will always find more of us.

Have you ever wondered if your prayers really matter? Do they make a difference to God or in the grand scheme of the world? We're invited to join God in His great act of transformation through prayer. To pray "in Jesus' name" is to pray with this recovered authority. This type of transformative prayer is often called intercession, and it is the way we can truly see on earth as it is in heaven.

We're all being formed every day - by our habits, relationships, and the stories we believe. But to be formed in the way of Jesus takes intention.

The contrast between Herod's troubled reaction and the Magi's joyful worship presents a stark choice: Will we, like Herod, resist Christ's lordship, or will we surrender in adoration? This message urges us to examine our hearts, remove competing 'thrones,' and allow Jesus to reign supreme in every aspect of our lives. It's a call to rediscover the wonder of the gospel and to share that 'star in the east' - the good news of God's invitation back into His family

Jesus is the embodiment of God's fullness, offering us an unending refreshment of grace. This grace isn't a replacement of the old covenant but a 'refreshed continuity' that reorders our approach to God. In this message, we're challenged to see Jesus as the better grace, one who makes faithful obedience possible through desire and delight rather than obligation.
