Rules. Every house has them. And God's house is no different. 2 Timothy 2:19-21 reveals that if you want to live in God's house and be useful in His kingdom, there are non-negotiables. You don't get to make up your own standards. You don't get to negotiate what holiness looks like. Paul told Timothy: "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness." If you're serious about following Jesus, this message will show you the house rules you can't ignore.

Paul didn't give Timothy options—he gave him commands. God's house has a foundation: "The Lord knows those who are His." And it has a requirement: "Turn away from wickedness." You can't claim to belong to God while living like you don't. You can't be useful for His purposes while tolerating sin.
