But in my experience, that’s rarely the real issue. Most of the time the struggle isn’t information. It’s fear. Fear that you’re not legitimate enough, not experienced enough, not perfect enough, or that you’ll put yourself out there and people will judge you or reject you. In this episode I walk through the questions about worth, credibility, comparison, calling, faith, and whether your story actually matters. If you’ve been wondering whether you’re ready to coach, this conversation will help you see those fears for what they are and remind you that you were created on purpose for good works.
