I am sharing how to dial in the level of accountability you need in each area of life so that you get things done, give yourself grace, and know how to rest without quitting.

Very Important Garlic Sauce Recipe for a Good Life:
1 teaspoon kosher saltjuice of one lemon2.5 to 3 cups light flavored olive oilPuree your garlic cloves with the salt in a food processor.
Scrape the sides and then turn back on
Add 1/2 cup of olive oil (drizzle VERY slowly)
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Run machine until it thickens.
Alternate between more oil, more lemon juice, and more machine running til it thickens.
I stop at 2.5 cups of olive oil and taste, then add more oil and lemon juice as needed.
It should be live a fluffy mayonnaise when it's done.
The goal is to emulsify it, and you can use an emulsion blender if you have one. If you add too much or too quickly you can 'break' it, and have to start all over again.
