Walking in the SPIRIT is HOW you overcome your flesh. But are you doing it? You must CONSCIOUSLY choose this! You WILL not naturally WANT to do hard things because your FLESH IS STRONG and YOU are good at allowing it to master you because you DON'T HATE what you do. It's comfortable and familiar.

BUT! You will not change if you don't change and it you can't change it's b/c you're trying to do it in YOUR OWN STRENGTH.
