God's abundant grace is all around us, everywhere we go, in our daily walk with God. We pray for the faith to believe and live this beautiful truth.

We are all severely tempted to judge others at times. We Christians know that Jesus tells us not to judge. This is a great challange to all of us, an ongoing journey.

You know that your earthly pilgrimage does not last forever. Heaven is our true home, where our earthly material treasures will never go. We build the true treasures of our heart, through love, kindness and in our daily actions as children of God.

Learning to forgive, and even love those who hurt you, brings its own great reward. It creates great peace of mind and joy in your heart. This brings us closer to Jesus who forgave and loved his enemies even on the cross.

We all find forgiveness difficult, and yet we know we must discover a way to move on from this hurt. If you can, the rewards are enormous. You heart will grow with love, and you'll enjoy peace of mind. You might even free the other person.

Your deepest desire as a Christian is to become ever closer to God. Jesus constantly taught that genuine closeness to God resides in your Heart. In this mediataion you focus on purifying your heart and become an authentic role model for others.

We Christians are called to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. We do this as a community of love and service, evangelising all those who are open to our message. We ourselves are called to an ongoing process of personal conversion. Our hearts will determine all our actions.

We are all tempted to be selfish, but we forget that the best possible gift we can give ourselves is to love, serve and show mercy to others. God repays this a hundredfold. Ask yourself, what kind of heart have I? Am I truly loving, compassionate and merciful? What more could I do to improve? To Love? Be merciful?

Here we focus on those who stand up for justice, even at great personal cost. Such heroes deserve our admiration, gratitude and imitation. Ask yourself – am I afraid to speak up for my values? Could I be better in the future? Am I just? Honest? True in all I do? Have you a passion to see justice done?

Humility, a beautiful virtue, is simply to recognise, with deep gratitude, that all we have, and all that we do, and all that we are comes from our creator, the God of love. As Jesus himself tells us "Without me, you can do nothing." Are you truly humble in your dealings with God, and with other people? No arrogance?
