Christian is a a husband, father, chef, restaurateur, and now a cookbook author. We talk about his upbringing in the Bronx and summers spent with family in Italy. He shares memories of watching Great Chefs on PBS and how he talked his way into his very first restaurant job. We dive into his time on Chopped, The Kitchen, and Food Network Star , and how a pivot into content creation took on a life of its own. He opens up about the highs, the lows, and the journey to living fully and unapologetically as himself.
