Everything is the Lord's. Each of us has strayed. Turn to God. Give Him your hearts.

4 things we need to do: (1) confess (our need, our desire for the Lord (2) BE Charged Up! (being filled with the Holy Spirit) (3) BE Conscious (Look carefully how you walk (4) Conform (Look what Jesus looks like.)

What we had yesterday is not enough! Move at the speed of the Holy Spirit! --Rekindle, Reawaken, Relight, Renew, Restore, Revitalize, Resurrect, Reactivate, Resuscitate, Revival -- Move from being content to a sense of urgency!

4 levels of worship

CRC is a good church but now we are ready for a GREAT church!

He was, He is, and always will be our Source of hope. God will never leave us or forsake us. He is always working things for our good.

3 areas where we need hope: marriage, children, community

Hope was initiated in the garden, materialized in the manger and culminated on the cross.

The hope we have is a Living Hope. We trust the promises because we trust the One making them. There is always hope no matter what we face.

Suffering produces perseverance. Perseverance produces character, and character hope.

Persevere in personal issues, in the battle in the world, and in such a way that we share the gospel.

3 types of persecution: religious, ethnic and political

Persecution causes clarity, conviction and community.

Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances. This is God's will.

Faithful work. Loving deeds. Enduring hope.

God will contend with those who contend against you, and save your children. He will loose the prey from the mighty.
