Christian School Leadership Conference

Dan Beerens, DB Consulting - Why is this an incredibly exciting time to be in education? Consider with me what is currently converging - new evidence/understandings about the learner, new models of schooling, increased access, amazing tools, and in general, a movement toward a more coherent view of the learner and what really matters. Explore how new models of teaching and learning actually help us deliver a more biblically congruent experience for students and one that expresses what we believe as Christ followers.

Dr. Mitchell Salerno, Superintendent, The Master's Academy - This session explores the skills, dispositions, practices, and characteristics of an innovative leader. We discuss vision formation and development, vision implementation, creating an innovative culture, and overcoming the challenges of innovation. As an outcome, listeners will understand the innovation process and intentionally develop a plan for a personal or institutional innovation.
