  • 191: All About Starting and Leading Small Groups
Have you ever wondered how to lead a small group well? Or maybe you've been asked to be a small group leader, but you didn't feel equipped to do so.

So many of our listeners wonder how to lead small groups well, so we have dedicated an entire episode on tips and tricks for leading a small group with intention and purpose.

Many churches have what they call small groups. They could also be called Bible studies, or sometimes just "groups" or life groups.

These are usually a group of people who are gathering together around a particular topic or study. Often this is where deeper relationships can be formed than what happens in the normal weekly services at a church.

Many churches consider small groups to be a part of their overall discipleship process because people are doing life together in the context of small groups.

She champions female business owners to own their value and find their voice so they can be seen and heard. She also works with teams to create cultures of trust and function at their best.

  • 186: 4 Ways to Reframe Disagreement
What if disagreement was not our enemy nor our best friend? What if we decided to embrace disagreement as an opportunity rather than try to avoid it at all costs? I believe this is possible when we reframe how we see disagreement.

In this episode (part 2 of the conversation), I'm going to share how we can gain a different perspective about disagreement--one that reflects the love and light of Christ more effectively. I'm going to share 4 reasons why disagreement is not the enemy nor a best friend and why disagreement, when handled correctly, can actually be a healthy thing.

If you missed part 1, head over here to take a listen. In that episode, I gave you 6 unhealthy responses to disagreement and discussed the ultimate result of these responses. Today, I'll follow up that conversation discussing how we can reframe disagreement and see it in a positive light.
