The Louisiana house rackets committee begins a hearing against Claude and the McGraw crime family, but evidence from the Louisiana Lions camp causes the state to drop the money laundering charges. Claude orders his leading girl Patricia out of his club, and he puts Caesar in Ashley's crew against against Ashley's advice regarding prejudices. Putting Caesar in charge of helping to find Murray's kids from Frank he also oversees Caesar making the final blow to Sid Ferraro's car

HR Hendrick comes to Baton rouge to buy the McGraw crime family engine, but Sydney and Catherine Ferraro protest. Claude tells Maria that the engine has to be sold and he manipulates his captains into making the deal.

Sid gets even more paranoid and chicks his house again for wires causing a risk in the Ferraro family. Catalina leaves with bonzo for New Orleans. Lillian and John McGraw reconcile and some of the older people in the crime family go on vacation. Caesar's cousin meets Catalina and because of that Catalina temporarily cuts ties to Caesar. She tries to renew her marriage to Claude only to find out from Caesar who the rat in the family really is. The FBI comes in and searches claude's home. It's discovered that Cush it's going away to federal prison in Florida for 3 years, and Claude continues to investigate any further leaks and rats in the organization as his marriage to Catalina deteriorate

Linda keeps making unwanted advances towards Sid. Catalina's life begins to spend out of control as she starts drinking. Maria confirms claude's suspicion that said is the rat, and they begin to make plans. After weeks of fighting between Lillian and John McGraw Trey prepares to offer himself up as a sacrifice for the family in order to make the peace, and The Colonnade is open again.

Joe and the other captains believe that Sid is a rat. As Claude is being pushed between a rock and a hard place between accepting the offer from the Paris crime family and solving the differences between John McGraw and his mother. Linda and Cesar try anything to bury the hatchet. Mike Moorhead helps reach a third Way compromise that is acceptable to both sides, but Lillian continues her war with John McGraw

Catherine believes that Laura is having an affair with scooter because she wouldn't have some flirtations. Ashley and Bobby pressure Claude to kill Sid, but Claude wants to think about the offering be more strategic. John McGraw tries to pressure Claude into accepting Cush'z ofcer
