Many people who have been sexually abused suffer mental illness later from the trauma. Coffee developed mental health issues from her traumatic experience with incest and other abuse sexually and physically. Mental Health is a huge subject that has very systematic effects that are hardly spoken of. The brain feels. There are physical feeling factors as well as cause of emotional feelings that impact the brain. Many are not aware of, but Coffee will describe her feelings when the symptoms in the brain due to her mental illness, overwhelmed her.

Coffee T. explains the symptoms, how it feels to have a mental illness. She tells how she coped with having a chemical imbalance while living on the streets; the predicaments she ended up in because she didn't know she was mentally ill.

This episode focus on what happened to Coffee after she revealed one of the ways her dad was molesting her. It is a basic on how to remain alert and away from the abusers after revealing their secret or after stopping the abuse.

Coffee T. will speak more on the sexual abuse from a certain family member. She will also tell how she discovered it was wrong and what she did about it.
