Godly sorrow (to grieve the sins we have committed) brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow (to grieve the pain of life) brings death. – 2 Corinthians 7:10

Unhealthy judgment is an encouragement for worldly sorrow and not an invitation for Godly Sorrow.
