Christina Grows

Listen Later

Christina Grows

She’s got a smile so contagious, when she flashes it my heart rages

Oh trust me man if you want to hear more I’ve written pages

Warms my soul when she whispers my name, first eye contact, I ain’t been the same

I no longer search for a light cause mister I’ve got a flame

Through thick and thin, good, and bad, this is the best feeling that I’ve ever had

I could be swimming in teardrops, but a peck on the cheek and I’m no longer sad

Sprinkling her seeds of love in my garden of hope, where Christina grows

A rose, she knows, she shows, and she goes, I’m just glad to kiss her nose

Watering my dreams with a message of love, a wink, a smile, and sunshine up above

I had cold hands and a warm heart, but they’re warm now cause she fits me like a glove

I could go on extolling her virtues for hours, but I would rather be getting clean in our showers

Where she washes away the stains and pains, and heals my wounds with her powers

Towels me dry and combs my hair, kisses my nose, the sounds of our perpetual happiness flows

What started as a little seed has blossomed into an enormous love that Christina grows

Yeah, I love that woman

Forever
