In September of 2009, Christine "Chrissy" Billis was driving her and her husband, Charles "Charlie" Billis, home after he recorded at the local public access television station. Suddenly, the car veered off the road and slammed head on into a large tree. Chrissy survived with some bumps and bruises, but sadly Charlie, who wasn't wearing his seatbelt, did not survive the impact.
