Meanwhile Identical Twins Debris and Debra are brought in to Emergency after a horrific space mugging - only one of them was injured, but due to a rare genetic anomaly these twins share everything - including wounds and memories - but only the injured one can be treated. Can Space Nurse figure out which twin needs stitches before both their brains spill onto the freshly mopped floor?
